Industrial Welding
Advanced MIG, TIG, SAW, and MMA welding for structural, pressure vessel, and pipeline applications. Fully coded welders, WPS/PQR documentation, and full NDT inspection as standard.
SteelForge Industrial Welding provides a complete range of coded welding services backed by decades of experience. Our team of certified welders operate from dedicated welding bays equipped with the latest digital welding power sources, manipulators, and positioners.
We produce fully documented weld procedures (WPS) and welder qualifications (WPQ) for every project. Our in-house NDT capabilities β including ultrasonic, radiographic, and dye penetrant testing β ensure every weld meets the highest standards of integrity.
Comprehensive coded welding capabilities covering every major process and application, all under one roof.
Semi-automatic and robotic MIG/MAG welding for high-productivity fabrication of carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. Ideal for structural steelwork and general manufacturing.
Precision TIG welding for stainless steel, aluminium, titanium, and exotic alloys. Produces clean, high-quality welds for pipework, aerospace, and architectural applications with exceptional cosmetic finish.
High-deposition SAW for deep penetration, heavy-section welding of plates and pipes. Capable of handling thicknesses up to 150mm with exceptional mechanical properties and minimal distortion.
Versatile manual metal arc welding for site work, maintenance, and repair. Ideal for carbon steel, stainless, and cast iron in all positions, including overhead and vertical.
Specialist pipe welding for process pipework, pressure piping, and pipeline applications. Qualified to 6G position for carbon steel, stainless, and alloy pipe from Β½" to 48" diameter.
ASME-coded welding for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and boilers. Full traceability, post-weld heat treatment, and hydrostatic testing services available as an integrated package.

We weld to all major international codes including ASME IX, AWS D1.1, ISO 9606, EN 287/EN ISO 9606, and EN 1090. Our welding engineers can develop project-specific WPS and qualify welders to any recognised standard required by your specification.
Yes, we offer a complete range of NDT services in-house: ultrasonic testing (UT), radiographic testing (RT), magnetic particle inspection (MT), and dye penetrant testing (PT). Every project receives a full documentation pack including WPS, WPQ, material certificates, NDT reports, and as-built records.
Absolutely. We have mobile welding teams equipped for on-site installation, repair, and modification welding. Our site welders carry the same coding qualifications as our shop team and are fully insured for site operations. We can deploy anywhere in the UK and Europe on short notice.
Lead times vary depending on project complexity and volume. Small welding jobs can be turned around in 2β3 days, while larger fabrication and welding packages typically run 3β8 weeks from WPS approval. We always provide a detailed programme schedule with your quotation.
Yes, we provide on-site post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) for stress relief and hydrogen bake-out. Our heat treatment equipment includes electric resistance heating elements and temperature controllers with full chart recording to demonstrate compliance with your specified procedure.
Tell us about your welding requirements and our estimating team will provide a detailed quotation with WPS and lead times within 48 business hours.
