Our standard machining tolerance is Β±0.05mm, with achievable tolerances down to Β±0.01mm on critical features. For Wire EDM, we can hold Β±0.005mm. All tolerances are verified using calibrated Zeiss CMM equipment, and we provide full dimensional reports with every batch.
Absolutely. We provide rapid prototyping services with lead times as short as 3 working days. Our engineers will review your CAD model and provide design-for-manufacture feedback to optimise the part for production. Once the prototype is approved, we seamlessly transition to full production runs.
We accept all common CAD formats including STEP (.stp), IGES (.iges), Parasolid (.x_t), and native files from SolidWorks, Inventor, and Fusion 360. A fully dimensioned PDF drawing is also helpful. Our CAM team programmes directly from your 3D model.
Yes, every material batch comes with full mill certification (EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 as required). For aerospace and medical projects, we provide full traceability from raw material to finished part, including heat treatment and surface treatment certifications.
Yes, we offer a complete range of finishing services including anodising (Type II and Type III), hard chrome plating, electroless nickel plating, passivation, powder coating, and laser marking. We manage the entire process through our approved supply chain, delivering finished components ready for assembly.
